After you start using the CRM, contact our support team and describe the business processes in your company you would like APRO CRM to automate and structurize. It is better to it do it in writing and make a list of your wishes and requirements. Our support team will get back to you with detailed recommendations about what CRM functions to employ and how — in order to optimize your APRO CRM usage.

 

Can APRO CRM team come to our office and provide consultation/training?

Unfortunately, no. We can only communicate with you over the phone, in online chat, via email, and in video conferences.

 

What is the volume of assistance our company can count on?

You can count on 4 hours monthly for rate ENTERPRISE and 15 hours monthly for rate ULTIMATE — absolutely free of charge. For bigger companies, the limit is extended for 4 and 15 hours respectively for each 10 additional CRM users.

Please note, that we provide assistance to you throughout all the time you are using APRO CRM, and not only at the beginning.

 

Do you provide training for CRM users in our company?
