CRM browsing statistics
Use browsing counter to monitor the types of contacts/objects/activities/deals most frequently browsed by users:
Check out the logs to see, who was browsing the profiles.
You can also use browsing counter to filter CRM elements by their browsing rate.
Install the application from section "Miscellanious".
Run it:
A list of CRM elements filtered by descending browsing rate will appear:
By default, this application is available to all CRM users (CRM elements' browsing rate is displayed to everyone, but opening profiles requires an access permission).
To make the application available to a limited number of CRM users, click "Menu" in the application:
