Distributing access permissions among departments and users

You can grant certain users viewing/editing access to the profiles of departments and other users.

Go to Main menu — Settings — Intranet and user profiles — Access permissions:

You can see who has viewing/editing permissions for a page in tab "Moderators" on its bottom.
