External online messenger
In addition to internal chat for employees, APRO CRM offers online messaging with external users — contacts and partners with no access to the CRM.
Sending external messages is easy. You can do it from:
— tab "Users" in online chat:
— contact profile:
— module "Messages":
— the history of messages:
A new chat window will open. Enter recipient's email address (if it is not specified in contact profile) and the text of the message. You can also add other users to the chat:
The recipient will get an email message with the link to the chat, from where it is possible to message you:
You can also automatically send such an invitation to a contact's social media account (in case this option is enabled).
