How do I learn to work with the system?
Ever since you start working with the CRM, our experts will be helping you learn the system; you can expect the best of advice on how to adjust the CRM functions to satisfy your company needs.
We usually resort to the following scheme. Assign an executive responsible for the CRM deployment in your company. This person will be communicating with our experts, who will always be there to answer all possible questions. Then the responsible executive will explain APRO CRM basic functions and settings to the colleagues.
Informational and tech support are included in the price. You get all the advice and assistance online (internal chat, phone, email). Support queries are limited by number, depending on the rate chosen by your company, and the number of CRM users in it, but even in case of exceeded limits, we will still answer all of your questions — the response time will only take a little longer.
