Import / export of tasks
APRO CRM supports import and export of tasks.
By default, import of tasks is allowed to all users, while export is restricted to all.
You can adjust access permissions to the import and the export of tasks in the administration panel. Go to Main menu — Settings — Tasks:

When activated, import and export options are available on page "Tasks":

Export options:
1 — export all active tasks of one user;
2 — export all tasks on current page considering the filter applied;
3 — export all tasks of all users (available to CRM administrators only).
To perform import, just download the sample form from the CRM, fill it with data, and upload it back to the system.
