Library of business processes
APRO CRM offers you a "Library of business processes" containing templates of sample business algorithms that can be used immediately, with no need for additional preparations or adjustments.
To access the library, go to Main menu — Business processes — Library of business processes (upper tab). Prior to that, kindly make sure your business processes are enabled.
Select the template you need and adjust the initial settings:
Once adjusted, a new business process based on this template will be created immediately:
The business process created from template is fully operational and starts functioning right after it is created (unless otherwise specified). You can also make changes to the algorithm flowchart at any time.
