Telephony: Initial Settings

User short numbers. Connecting providers

For telephony settings, go to Main menu — Settings — Integrations — Тelephony.

1. Enable outbound calls:

2. Ask your telephone provider for SIP communication parameters and add them to the CRM. Read more about how to connect your provider.

 4. Add the outbound phone numbers to be identified when calling from the CRM:

Select a connection and enter its number in the international format:

Add the users who will call from this phone number:

or enable this option in their user profiles:

or do it through HR panel:
