Telephony: initial settings

User extensions. Connecting providers

For telephony settings, go to Main menu — Settings — Integrations — Тelephony.

1. Enable outbound calls in the administration panel:

2. Ask your telephony provider for SIP communication parameters and add them to the CRM. Read more about how to connect your provider.

 3. Add short numbers for users:

You can also connect physical SIP phone or a softphone here:

 4. Add the outbound phone numbers to be identified when calling from the CRM:

Select a connection and enter its number in the international format:

Add users who will call from this phone number:

or enable this option in their user profiles:

or do it through HR panel:
