Templates

You can use system templates to generate documents right in the CRM.

Go to Main menu — Documents:

Here you can find any document you (or your group — read more about access permissions) ever created.

Go to tab "Templates" to find document templates (learn how to create templates) and generate new documents on their basis:

You can also generate documents right from the profiles of CRM elements. In this case, the data from contact/object/deal/activity profile will be used to fill in the blanks in the template:

Select the template:

When the document is generated, fields content from contact/object/deal/activity profile is placed into the relevant positions in the body of the template (read more about how to create templates).
