Troubleshooting: Email

Connecting Gmail mailbox

If you received a ‘Suspicious sign in prevented’ email from Google when trying to add your Gmail account to the CRM, you need to grant the CRM access to your Gmail account using the following instructions:

You might also get another message: Someone just used your password to try to sign in to your Google Account, using an application such as an email client or mobile device. Google stopped this sign-in attempt, but you should review your recently used devices.

To solve this problem, follow the steps below.

  • Open your browser and sign in to your Gmail account here: If asked, enter the text from the picture and then sign in.
  • Close the browser and try opening your mail client again.
  • If the problem persists, go to and sign in with your Gmail login and password. If asked, enter the text from the picture.
  • Click "Continue".
  • Run your mail client again and try opening the messages.

No incoming messages from new accounts at Mail or Yandex

When creating a new account, first sign in from your mail client (Mail/Yandex/Gmail), accept Terms and Conditions and complete the registration. The mail will be automatically sent and delivered through external services (including CRM) ever after.
