Connecting a new mailbox
If you received a variation of the following message: "Impossible to connect. Please check password validity", your IMAP protocol connection might be disabled. You can enable it in the mailing account settings:

If you received a ‘Suspicious sign in prevented’ email from Google when trying to add your Gmail account to APRO CRM, you need to grant the CRM access to your Gmail account using the following instructions: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/14257?p=client_login&rd=1.
You might also get another message: ‘Someone just used your password to try to sign in to your Google Account xxxxx...@gmail.com, using an application such as an email client or mobile device. Google stopped this sign-in attempt, but you should review your recently used devices’.
To solve this problem, follow the steps below.
- Open your browser and sign in to your Gmail account here: http://mail.google.com/mail. If asked, enter the verification text from the picture, and then sign in.
- Close the browser and try opening your mail client again.
- If the problem persists, go to http://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha and sign in with your Gmail login and password. If asked, enter the verification text from the picture.
- Click "Continue".
- Run your mail client again and try to open the messages.
