Client's «warmth»
APRO CRM offers specific metrics that allow estimating your clients' interest or loyalty to your company. Client's "warmth" is one of these metrics. The more incoming queries from a client are registered in the CRM, the "warmer" the client is considered. "Hot" clients are most likely to buy.
Client's "warmth" is calculated proceeding from the number of: incoming calls (see settings), incoming emails (see settings) and online forms from website (see settings).
Client's "warmth" is displayed in the corresponding column of the list of contacts, and is filtered by colors — ascending from blue to red as the "warmth" increases:
