Quick creation of deal/activity from call

In order to make the most of your CRM, it is crucial to register all incoming calls from leads as activities or deals on initial stages and attach them to the relevant calls. This lifehack helps build sales funnels correctly and monitor the efficiency of sales department accurately. However, it is most often the case that an operator is left with nearly no time for deal/activity creation when making or answering a call. That is why we introduced a shortcut button in the call interface for creating deal/activity attached to the current call.

You can activate it right from the call window:


Just select the type and stage of the deal or the type and status of the activity you are creating — and it will be automatically associated to the call you are making/answering:
