Cloud storage

APRO CRM offers a cloud files storage. You can store your files and folders in the system, share the access to them and place links to these files/folders right in the CRM (for instance, in contact profiles or in internal chat messages, etc.).

The advantage of APRO CRM file storage is its compatibility with Dropbox: there is no need to copy the files to the CRM — just activate the integration that will allow you the access to all the Dropbox folders on your local computer and in the cloud. For example, you can share a file (or a folder) with all or just a number of CRM users: this file will be synchronized on your local computer disk, and all the changes in the file will automatically become effective in the CRM, too.

To enter the file storage, go to Main menu — Files:

APRO CRM files manager will open:

Click "New" (#2 on the screenshot above) to open Dropbox integration page:

Select "Dropbox", click "Next" and adjust integration parameters in the window that opens:

Dropbox will appear in the menu:

You can now share files/folders with other users by clicking the relevant icon in the functional menu:

You can also copy the link to a file and send this file to another user or to a folder in the relevant CRM contact/deal profile:

Please note: the link to the file will be available to all users with the access to the CRM element you placed the link in. However, opening the file will only be possible for the ones with the relevant access permission (all the rest will get an access denial message).
