Payment

APRO CRM user permit is already included in all subscription fees (for rates, go to www.crma.pro/cost/), so is our informational and technical aid on the system adjustment to your business processes.

To make a payment, just credit your account.

Fees for the use of CRM and additional services (website, virtual PABX) are deducted from your account daily, as well as phone and SMS fees.

For example, today the number of employees (CRM users) in your company is 5. The payment for this day will be calculated as follows: monthly rate "1-5 users" divided by 30 days. If tomorrow the number of CRM users in your company reaches 8, the fee amount will be as follows: monthly rate "6-10 users" divided by 30 days.

In case of negative balance, your administrator will get a CRM message and an email reminding to credit your account.

When in negative balance, the system functions and the access to it are limited for all company users except the administrator.

Attention: for your convenience, reaching negative balance on weekends and national holidays does not trigger the system block. You can credit your account on the first working day.

The credit amount is unlimited and can be used to feed your account for several months ahead.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Promise to pay

If you reached negative balance, you can resort to the "Promise to pay" option valid for 3 days. This will allow you full access to the CRM for three more days, during which you need to credit your account to reach a positive balance.
