Prompt replies for external messenger
In order to save the time of the CRM users consulting clients online, we introduced "Prompt replies".
APRO CRM allows any CRM user to add prompt answers to frequently asked questions. CRM administrators can also use prompt answers to reply CRM users.
Go to the list of conversations with external contacts:

Open any conversation and go to section "Prompt replies":

Add a new prompt reply:


1 — prompt reply title (for CRM users only, hidden from clients);
2 — text of prompt reply;
3 — who can see the prompt reply;
4 — color marker;
5 — priority (for assortment);
6 — filter by categories: personal, shared, or deleted.
