Adjusting «Call from website»

You can place a link on your website offering visitors to call you right from the browser:

Attention. When finished with telephony settings, do not forget to click "Save".

After the link is inserted, a window will appear on your website offering a call from browser or a callback:

The call will be received in the CRM and processed according to the call script you selected.
