Applications

Applications allow additional functions complementation in APRO CRM. You can either introduce ready-made applications, or develop new ones, tailored for your company, within the API integration framework.

To install applications, go to Main menu — Applications. Select the application you need and click "Install":

When installed, applications will be available to you on the drop-down list in tab "Applications":


  • Excel copy of CRM data
  • Search duplicates
  • Call center (settings)
  • Call center (operator instructions)
  • CRM browsing statistics
